Text and image watermarks
For text watermarks, type your message and choose the font size and color. For image watermarks, upload a logo or stamp and set its width.
Place the watermark in one of nine positions, from top left to bottom right, or tile it across the page using horizontal and vertical spacing.
What you can use it for
Watermarks show ownership and status at a glance.
- Marking documents as Draft, Confidential or Copy
- Branding proposals and reports with your logo
- Discouraging reuse of shared designs or photos
- Labelling sample pages or previews
Tips
An opacity between 20% and 40% keeps the watermark visible without hiding the content underneath. A diagonal angle across the middle of the page makes a text watermark harder to crop out.
