Credits are the currency of our service. Every time you translate a document, you spend credits. In fact all our document services like scan, split, merge, text to speech and many more are powered by credits. You can buy credits in packages or via subscriptions.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go to your account settings and click on the subscription tab. There you will find the option to cancel your subscription. If you've started a subscription on the mobile app stores, navigate to the respective store and cancel it there.

Short answer: No. Long answer: Credits do not expire as long as you have an active account. If you cancel your account, you will lose any remaining credits.

Yes, any unused credits will roll over to the next subscription period. This way you can accumulate credits over time and use them when you need them. No more wasting resources!
